Edmund K. “Ned” Swigart passed away on May 14, 2009, less than one month after the publishing of his book, “A White Man’s Journey to a Northeastern American Indian Faith.”
In his own words, Ned felt that writing this book was the last stage in his personal life-quest, fulfilling his dream to share the faith-guided lifestyle of the traditional northeastern American Indian and the extraordinary story of his Creator-inspired life.
Come walk with Ned into a world where we serve the Creator for our entire lives as stewards of all Creation; a world where each of us has been given a unique life-gift or gifts that allow us to pursue the amazing Creator-inspired projects that we have always dreamed of but never expected to accomplish; a world where our days are filled with small miracles and human angels who appear at exactly the right time and with the right talents to aid us on our Creator-inspired path.
After reading Ned’s story, we pray that you will take the message of this faith and this faith-based lifestyle with you to share with all who might listen. Help us to spread the “good news” of the faith and culture of northeastern American Indians that can add so much understanding, meaningful guidance, serenity and peace to our lives, and through us to our troubled world.
